1. Service
BD Group provides a managed MTN data top-up service. Upon successful debit order collection, the selected MTN data bundle will be loaded onto the cellphone number you provide.
2. Debit order mandate
By signing up, you authorise BD Group to debit your nominated bank account monthly for your chosen plan amount. Debits occur on or around the 1st of each month.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to customers@bdgroup.co.za.
4. Failed debits
If a debit fails, we may retry within the same month. The data bundle will only be loaded once payment is received.
5. Liability
We are not affiliated with MTN Group Ltd. Network availability and data delivery depend on MTN's systems.
