Full name, ID number, email, MTN cellphone number, and banking details necessary to set up and run your monthly debit order.

2. How we use it

To verify your identity, process recurring debit orders, top up your MTN number, and communicate service-related notices.

3. Sharing

We share data only with our authorised payment processors and MTN's airtime/data top-up channels. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing customers@bdgroup.co.za.

5. Security

Submissions are encrypted in transit and access to records is restricted to authorised personnel.
